Earlier today, UMS North Coast NSW Area Manager Dan Sweeney attended the Hunter Local Land Services Singleton Demonstration Site.
Dan joined over 100 producers to check out the site and hear from local experts on animal health and pasture management. It was great to see some of our premium varieties featured, including GrowMax Brassica, Harpoon Barley and Awesome Ryegrass.

Hi I am in the Manning Valley and would like to replace my setaria grass due to issues with “big head” and overgrowth. Could you recommend a replacement grass? The soil is fairly claying and does not drain well. I have around 4ha to cover. We have no animals at the moment however I would like to have the option to graze horses or cows in the future.
